Most people loved this best cookbook for it’s a wealth of information and recipes; 82% of the reviews were very favorable and accompanied by a four or 5-star rating.

However, there are a few points you should be aware of before purchasing this cookbook. It has neither photos nor nutritional info. All of the recipes are Kosher.

What The Food Processor Bible does have is over 500 recipes and hundreds of tips. This is more than a cookbook; it is an extension of your food processor manual. It offers clear instructions on what and how to process. There is general information on the different blades available for your food processor.

The lack of photos and the nutritional info is perceived as a massive mistake by a minority of reviewers. Many others don’t feel anything is missing; they purchased this best cookbook for the many recipes and instructions and are quite happy with this product.

Many of the reviewers didn’t even realize this was a strictly Kosher cookbook, but if recipes including pork or shellfish are essential to you, this may not be the best cookbook for you.

Overall, this is an excellent cookbook for those looking to optimize the use of their professional food processor.

What Are Customers Saying About This Cookbook:

I tried another recipe yesterday, and when I had free time, I went through the techniques section to learn more. This was ordered with my third Cuisinart food processor. The first two had died naturally from constant use for making bread and cutting vegetables.

I switched from the Jewish Catalog recipe to make challah to this “bible.” This modern, delicious, lighter version of challah is a great choice. It’s made with only two eggs and very little oil.

This food processor cookbook is becoming a more frequent favorite. Yesterday’s dinner was turkey cutlets with mushrooms and peppers. It was very quick, but it looked great. The instructions and techniques are clear and precise.

Anyone interested in learning how to use a food processor should read this cookbook. The suggestions range from keeping the splashes down to adapting recipes for the food processor. It provides clear instructions and great food recipes. – Cat Cora

The Kitchen Aid food processor came with this recipe book. This cookbook was available at my local library. I was so impressed; I decided to buy it. It was so helpful. Ms. Gilletz provides step-by-step instructions on how to use the new food processors. Each section contains more tips, and she starts with some very useful tips.

There is a section about baby food. She provides information about organic foods and offers many suggestions for healthy eating. She has ideas for food processors that I would not have considered. She explains how to use it in baking. Mixing cookies and brownies with a food processor is much faster than using a stand mixer.

Ms. Gilletz also has information about Kosher cooking. Her recipes are easy to follow and understand. I have been able to save a lot of time in the kitchen, and my food processor has been simplified. This cookbook has saved me a lot of work. This book is essential. –Padma Lakshmi

New Recipes for the New Generation of Food Processors Plus Dozens of Time-Saving Tips.

77% of the reviews are very favorable and coupled with a 4 or 5-star rating. Process This! has 150 recipes in addition to advice on how to prep and process food. This best cookbook has neither photos nor nutritional info.

The recipes presented are a little bit exotic compared to other essential how-to best cookbooks. This was appreciated by many, but not all. Some felt that the ingredients were inaccessible.

Products such as tahini, lemongrass, and India relish are not staples in all American kitchens. If you are a bit more adventurous in the kitchen, this may be the best cookbook for you.

These recipes are meant to wow with their flavors, but little consideration was paid to calorie counts. If you are looking for a more health-conscious cookbook, this may not be the right choice for you.

The included recipes for homemade mayo and stocks from scratch are well received by many, but newbie cooks are not as likely to be interested.

Overall, this is an excellent book for cooks searching for better recipes than everyday fare. Process This! may not be the only food processor cookbook you’ll ever need to own, but it can certainly be a valuable addition to your collection.

What Are Customers Saying About This Cookbook:

I started by researching which food processor (Breville) and then which book (this). Both exceeded my expectations. The author introduces the recipes with helpful tips and uses stories to make up for any lack of photos or visuals. She doesn’t spend too much time explaining technology and manufacturing. Instead, she dives right into the recipes. -Lawrence
This book is not suitable for those who are looking for a meatloaf or potatoes cookbook. This cookbook is for you if your goal is to amaze your guests, whether at a backyard party or a fancy soiree. This book is not as large as the Joy of Cooking or other “anthology” collections. Do this! This is more an art show with a few carefully selected pieces that are displayed for effect. Don’t expect a plethora of basic items.

These recipes are beautifully polished and wonderfully diverse (from the French countryside to the American south), with thoughtfully researched interpretations. Many of the recipes are old, but they have been updated for our kitchens. The introduction is all about technique. The basic idea is simple and easy to grasp for even the most novice cooks.

Although there are no photos, Process This! is a classic American cookbook publishing. This book provides reliable guidance, as well as personal comments and tips. This creates a sense of respect and intimacy. It is a reliable tool that I can rely on to plan my parties. It’s not something I use every day. It has a romantic appeal that begs for special occasions, except for deserts. Comfort food is redefined by the Toasted Hazelnut Tart. -Martha Stewart

A Healthy Exchanges Cookbook (Healthy Exchanges Cookbooks).

There are only five reviews available for Cooking Healthy With a Food Processor. Three were quite favorable, while the other two were unhappy with the lack of photos and European foods.

This best cookbook provides complete nutritional information as well as diabetic exchange info. If your health is a top priority when preparing meals, this is an excellent cookbook to check out.

What Are Customers Saying About This Cookbook:

I spend most of the time cooking for My type-1 diabetic son. Both of us have very simple tastes, and I am not a great cook. Both my son and I are allergic to onions, and both dislike pepper. We both avoid sugar and try to reduce our intake of fatty foods. This means that only 95% of the published recipes are no longer available.

Recently, I bought a cheap food processor without any instructions or a book. The cookbook is an excellent resource for anyone looking to learn how to use a food processor. It also contains simple recipes that are quick and easy to make.

Every recipe includes information on Healthy Exchanges, calories, food groups, diabetic exchanges, and carb options. King Coleslaw is our favorite, although it has been prepared in the same way as the recipe, but without adding onions or pepper. – Rachael Ray

A recipe book was a must for me as I am new to using the food processor. The book covers the basics of the food processor and the nutritional information that is included with each recipe.

To help my sister-in-law get started with her food processor, I bought one. She immediately read through the book and was impressed by all the possibilities. This book is highly recommended. –Dione Lucas

What Are Customers Saying About This Cookbook:

The book was given to me by my daughter. Since then, I have owned my copy for many years. This is the easiest and fastest way to make sourdough bread. You will get perfect bread if you follow the instructions. I began baking bread by hand kneading.

Then, I moved to my KitchenAid stand mixer and food processor. This book was not something I had any idea of. There are many bread books, but this one is my favorite. It’s full of flour and dog-eared. – Cristeta Comerford

This cookbook was recommended by a close friend. It explained that the book was about making dough in a food processor. I purchased it because I wanted to read more on this topic. The science behind the process and the delicious recipes this man created surprised me. This book is a must-have. Make your own bread with a food processor that can hold 13 to 14 cups. Get an instant thermometer and some loaf pans. – Irma Rombauer
