- Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- One cup of sprouted almonds
- One cup of gluten-free rolled oats
- Three ounces of dried bananas
- One cup of sprouted pumpkin seeds
- Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
- Two teaspoons of ground cinnamon
- Half a teaspoon of salt
Steps:
- Add all the ingredients in a food processor and process until the nuts are ground and all the ingredients are well-combined, sticking like cookie dough.
- Using a cookie scooper, scoop and portion out the mixture on a cookie sheet, then roll it to create a ball.
- Serve the balls! You can keep it in a container for one week in the fridge.
- Overnight Dessert Oats
I love these dessert oats because they are sweet enough to be like dessert but nutritious for breakfast! Filling, creamy, and sweet, this is everything I want in a healthy dish!
This recipe serves three people.

Ingredients:

- One cup of quick-cooking oats
- Two tablespoons of chia seeds

Steps:

Ingredients:
- Half a cup of sweet white Sorghum Flour
- Six tablespoons of oat flour
- Four packets of any natural sweetener
- One teaspoon of baking powder
- A quarter teaspoon of baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup of part-skim Ricotta cheese
- Half a cup of low-fat buttermilk
- One large egg
- One large egg white
- One teaspoon of lemon zest

Steps:
- Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray, then place it on the stove over medium heat.
- Whisk the flour, sweetener, baking powder and soda, and salt.
